Superb solution to the "where will my kid sleep while we're staying at ____?" problem.

- Comes in a cool back pack for easy travel
- Inflates quickly with included pump
- Deflates quickly to save room in a cramped hotel or spare room
- Rechargeable pump holds a charge for a long time
- Comfy

The only negatives I can think of are minor. The pump nozzle is a tad tough to fit into the inflation valve. The bed is a little large for tight spaces. It does lose some pressure over a couple days. Definitely recommended, though!

We use this bed more than we thought we would - for travel, stays at grandma's house, daycare etc. It inflates fast and travels well in its own backpack that came with the bed!! The built-in "bumpers" prevent him from rolling off it in his sleep. It's perfect for the child who is too big for a portable crib/pack-n-play but too small for a big bed. Also the rechargeable pump can be used for other air products (beach balls etc). This is a product I highly recommend to everyone!

This is the perfect solution for kids sleepovers at cousins, grandparents or visiting family. It's very comfortable, inflates and travels well. My kids inflate it for friends' sleep overs - it's the solution to the extra bed issue and comfortable enough that the kids actually sleep. Highly recommended. Great value for the price.

Well needless to say I have kids who have used this product-have 2 of the Gentleair kids beds and have a hard time keeping the kids off of it.They love taking it to friends houses or to grandmas for sleep overs. They are 5-7 and can pack the bed in its own backpack that comes with each bed-they can attach the pump themselves and blow it up--have not had any leaks(4 months of hard use) and would highly recommend it to anyone who has kids that love to have sleep overs.

This portable Kids bed is exactly what we needed. We have used this for traveling, spending the night at friends / grandparents, camping and sleepovers at the neighbors. Works perfectly for when you have friends over with little ones also. The air pressure stays tight all night long and is very easy to inflate with the included pump. Very happy with this purchase. I recently obtained one of these beds as a gift and was immediately impressed by both its construction and ease of use. The bed has a check valve that needs to be turned before filling-I think that this is the reason why some people had trouble with the bed deflating. I found the check valve to be a handy feature myself...and detailed instructions for its operation are printed on the bed. My daughter absolutely loves the bed and has been sleeping in it every night. I would recommend this bed to anyone with smaller children-especially families that like to camp and travel a great deal. This bed has been an excellent product for us.

We bought our boys these bed for a trip where we were going to be staying in hotels and friends houses. Normally the boys would end up sleeping with my husband and I which meant that we didn't get much sleep. These beds were the solution to a great night sleep for everyone no matter where we spent the night. And now that it's Summer vacation they like using them as their normal beds. They are durable for Toddler boys and convenient too. The customer service is superior and above any other that I've dealt with in a while regarding Internet purchases.

I love this bed and so did my daughter! We took it on vacation with us and our 3-year-old daughter loved sleeping in it. She usually rolls all around when she sleeps, but the sides kept her in the bed nicely. The pump made it easy to inflate and easy to deflate. The backpack for carrying it was also handy to keep it all together. I would definitely recommend this bed to all of my friends!

This is a real must-have for anyone who ever intends to travel with their children. Even going to grandma's house, its a snap to set up for nap time or over-nights. We take it with us when we go out of town, to set up in hotels since I was worried our 2 year old would fall out of a bed, and this isn't very far off the ground. And you just let the air out and tuck it away when it's not in use! The travel bag is great, and so is the pump it comes with.

While on vacation at a friends house. Our 2 1/2 yr old daughter used this bed to sleep. The setup of the bed took only minutes and was very easy. My daughter did not experience one night of restless sleep, she slept very comfortably and never rolled out of the bed once. She even had room for her favorite stuffed animals on the bed. We have been very happy with the whole package (storage bag and bed). We highly recommend this bed.

When our preschooler got too big for her portacrib, we didn't know what to do about traveling. She wasn't ready to sleep in a bed by herself, and if she slept with us... she slept, but we didn't. The best thing about this bed is that my daughter would rather sleep in it than in bed with us. Yay! You can't put a price on that!

A great buy! My son loves this bed away from home. It fits into a backpack for easy travel and inflates in about 2 minutes. We put a twin sheet over it, but a toddler bed may be better. Love this bed!

We borrowed 2 of these for our toddler boys during a recent trip and have now bought 2 of our own. The boys can't get enough of these beds. It makes them feel secure and like big kids having their own bed when we travel. Mom and dad love it too because there's no more negotiating over who sleeps with who. No more musical bed games at night and no more getting kicked by toddlers sleeping with us in our hotel bed. The kids know which bed is theirs and after a busy day of traveling they can't wait to crawl in and (gasp) fall asleep fast! Everything fits perfectly in the backpack, we add a set of twin sheets. The pump is fast for filling and deflating! A MUST for families with kids. You'll save money not having to get a suite or bigger room at the hotel!

I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old son who still sleeps in a crib. When went on a long weekend to a resort, I worried about him sleeping on the high beds. My son is an active boy before he falls asleep--rolling around etc. I considered bed rails, but wondered if he still would not find a way to fall out of bed! And I read reviews on various rails and they really ran the gammit from great to difficult to install to down-right unsafe. My son weighs too much to use a pack-n-play and there was no way I was going to use the hotels old metal shaky crib. (We had been to this resort before and had seen their ancient cribs.) So . . .I bought the inflatable bed. We tried it out for a nap at home and he thought it was fun and liked it. It was easy to carry--it comes in a backpack. It was easy to inflate and deflate. And most importantly, I could sleep knowing that he was safe. For the amount of money you pay for it, I wish they had included a fitted sheet. I put a soft waterproof pad in the bed in case he had an accident. But other than it not coming with a sheet and the expense, I am glad we have it for future sleep overs and get-aways. I highly recommend it to others.

Word of ADVICE! Try the bed when you first buy it! I purchased the bed over a year ago for an overnight trip with the grandkids and needed an extra bed, as things turned out we did not need the bed, but I decided to keep the bed for future needs. Well a year later I needed it and when I inflated it for the first time it leaked out within minutes! Knowing I had waited to long to return the bed, I thought what a waste of money, however, through determination my husband and I searched for the leak source and finally found a PIN hole in the bottom of the mattress, with the repair kit that was included, we fixed the problem and have sinced used the bed several times and it seems fine now. It is very easy to inflate, takes no time! The kids love it! I've only kept it inflated for no longer than two days, but it has held the air for that period of time.

We really like this air mattress and feel like the actual mattress is a great size, good durability, and like that it sinks in a little to avoid the child rolling off while sleeping. However, the backpack that came with the mattress was terrible quality. The zippers broke on the second use. The good news is the company was very quick in sending us a better backpack as soon as we emailed with a complaint. Overall we are very happy with the product and impressed with the customer service.

I bought this for my 2 year old son for over nights at gradma. No matter what I tried I could nt get it to stay inflated. My son was sleeping on the ground and because the sides did not have enough air he keep rolling out. After two hours we just put some blankes on the floor.

this is a great concept however, ours would not hold air. after the first night i folded a comforter and placed it on the floor. our 2 1/2 year old loved it and with a blanket and protective pad folded we had no trouble with it staying in place. doubt a sheet would work as the sides are still slippery. love the "lip" as it helped to hold all his animals and pillow in. have not contacted manf. to see if can exchange for one that holds air. oh and the zipper for the storage bag is cheep and came apart first try.

It's never completely filled with air. It's always loose, even looser after one night. I also had to replace the pump and got a better one for $[...] instead of the replacement they sell for $[...]. Definetly overpriced and bad quality. The concept is great though, you don't have to carry the bulky pack and play and the sides are high enough to block my daughter from falling off.

Maybe I just got a lemon but everything went wrong with this. The airpump fell apart the minute I turned it on(I had to find another) and the mattress couldn't hold air through the first night. (And YES I know how to operate and close an air mattress valve correctly). I returned it and Amazon was great about a full refund.

I so wanted this product to work. My little girl is a roller, and when we go on vacation she falls out of bed even when she is on the floor. This bed seemed like the perfect solution. I got the bed & based on some of the reviews, I decided to blow it up and test it out. It worked great and stayed inflated for 3 days. Then we took it on vacation, and it never worked again. My poor daughter ended up sleeping on the floor! She is only 24 pounds, and certainly is not heavy enough to cause the bed to deflate. I exchanged it with Amazon for a new bed. The replacement was even worse! It wouldn't stay inflated even once and was completely out of air with in 5 hours! I have returned it for a full refund, but am totally dissatisfied. Don't let YOUR CHILD be the one sleeping on the floor on your next trip out of town.

After my first bed failed, and after some back and forth with the manufacturer, I received a second bed. I'm sad to say that I've had the exact same problem with the replacement which is that it will not stay inflated overnight if a child is sleeping in the bed. In both of the beds we've had, air seeps out of the area near the inflation point which indicates a design or manufacturing flaw.

I really wish this bed worked, and maybe they just have a bad batch at the moment, but I must advise against buying it.
