We have a 2 1/2 year old. I was really worried about going away with her as she is now in a 'big girl bed' and I didn't know what we were going to do with sleep arrangements as she has outgrown her pack and play. We bought this and it was wonderful. My husband blew it up and I put the same bedding that she uses at home on the mattress. She immediately went and lay down on it and said, 'Look at my new bed!'. We had a 4 night stay in a condo, and we did have to fill it up a couple of times but the pump works really well and it's very quick. I also really liked the fact that you could tuck in the sheets and the blanket, it made it feel like a real little bed.
I recommend this bed for any vacation short or long. We are very happy with it and it will get plenty of use for years to come.

We bought this toddler airbed because my daughter grow out of her pack in play and no way she was sleeping in our bed on a vacation, I got her favorite sheets and blankets and she slept like a baby, she and i love it.

We bought this Toddler Airbed because it is made from Non Toxic pvc and the crib sheets tuck into the inner mattress perfectly. The pvc doesn't reek like others we've purchased and the electric pump is high quality.

We purchased this bed for our 3-year-old son who is still sleeping in his crib at home. Since he no longer fits into a pack-n-play, we needed another alternative for him that would feel safe and secure when traveling. We used this bed over Easter weekend at Nana and Papa's house, and he loved it! I love that the bed has raised sides to help prevent rolling off the mattress. It was comfortable, portable and secure. I also loved that it came with a inflator - made blowing it up really easy. A great option for anyone who needs an alternative to a bed for their toddler. We'll be able to use it for years to come since we have a 1-year-old too.

My 3 year old daughter had outgrown her port-a-crib. We got this and LOVE it! It's compact, easy to travel with, and sets up in no time. It's comfortable for her and she sleeps really well, even away from home. It's great that her crib sheets fit on the mattress. The best part is that it doesn't have that awful plastic smell. Great product!

I purchased this travel bed for my soon-to-be 3 year-old daughter after seeing it in a One Step Ahead catalog. The bed was the same price at Amazon, but Amazon did not charge a shipping fee. My daughter sleeps in a regular twin bed with a bed rail at home, but I needed a secure place for her to sleep while on vacation. I was just delighted with this bed! I chose the Tuckaire over the kiddie bed from Aerobed because I liked the fact that sheets can be tucked into the Tuckaire. This makes it feel more like a real bed, and is especially nice when you're not sure how clean the floor will be in a vacation rental. The bed is very compact when deflated, inflates very easily, and remained inflated despite being used as a trampoline. My daughter did tend to roll out of this bed, or scoot her pillow off the bed while sleeping, but I don't consider that a defect of the product. I would definitely recommend this product, and look forward to using it on our next trip.

I am very happy with this toddler travel bed. It stores nicely and though we have yet to use it we are pleased with the quality and features of the bed. My son calls it his bubble bed and he is looking forward to sleeping on it during our upcoming vacation and summer campouts.

This is a genious product that is worth every penny! It has no toxic/plastic smell to it; Inflates in under a minute(as well as deflates under a minute);any sheet can be tucked in neatly which really stays in place; my 16 month old slept soundly and had no issues with it whatsoever.

I have a 3 year old grandson that spends the night and also travels with us some. The travel bed is perfect for him to sleep in our bedroom. It conveniently travels in it's own bag with it's own pump. Inflates very quickly and easily. A crib sheet fits over the inner mattress. It was exactly what I was looking for and am considering ordering another one for my other grandson. They will probably be able to sleep in them until age 5 or 6.

We purchased this after our son turned 2 and we moved him out of his crib and into a twin bed. We used to use the pack n' play for travel, but now we weren't going to if he wasn't in a crib- plus he was getting sliiiightly too big. But we also didn't want him 1)Falling off of a regular bed or 2)sleeping on the floor. This was the perfect solution! He slept on it for a week at my sisters over the holiday and loved it! It takes a standard crib sheet which is perfect, cuz I had some packed up. He called it his big boy bed and never rolled off. It never needed re-inflating. However, I already owned an electric pump which I used instead so I never even tried the manual one that came with this one.
Note- I personally would advise to tuck a blanket or two around the air mattress itself before the sheet (even if the weather isn't cold. And that's not just this air mattress- they all have a tendancy to almost "suck" the heat out of your body because you have a pocket of cooler air right beneath you. So I tucked 2 blankets and a sheet into the groove all the way around between the "mattress" part and the "rail" part- worked great.. he stayed toasty warm in Michigan in December!
Excellent purchase, would buy again!

Our 27 month old granddaughter had outgrown her Pack and Play and just spent her first night on her "grown-up" air mattress, in other words, no sides. She loved it - if fact, she slept 12 hours the first night. The mattress has no plastic odor, is easily inflated, and the fitted crib sheets tuck in perfectly. I used a quilted crib pad under the sheet to create a pillow top mattress. Her bed friends are easily accommodated on the rug next to the mattress :)

Comes compact in a nice carrying bag. Sets up quickly, breaks down relatively quickly. Our toddler loved it and slept well on it. If your child thrashes around a lot, this might not be the best bed (nor any other travel bed for that matter). But if they stay mostly in place, it works like a dream. You can adjust its softness by how much air you put in. It's easy to let out bursts of air w/ your finger if you want to make it softer. I recommend doing this with your child on the bed.

We purchased this for our grandson for a recent family vacation. It worked perfectly. We had orginally planned to use the hotel's pack and play, but found this to be a much better size and more comfortable. We had a 9 day vacation out west in various locations and hotels. This is easy to carry on the airplane and pack in the car. It blows up easily and deflates just as easy. Couldn't be more pleased.

Before we went to Japan I researched options for my toddler's bedding. Space was going to be at a premium in our hotel rooms as well as in our luggage, so I needed something compact yet comfortable and this is completely perfect! Since this is just an air mattress, I can roll/fold it up to fit into my luggage. The pump works very quickly and is about as compact as one could reasonably expect. I can't think of any other option that would be as compact for travel, yet still satisfy the particular needs of a toddler. We loved the bumpers, and my daughter loved that she could still have her sheet tucked in. We've used this dozens of times for local family visits and for international vacations, and I could not be happier.

I read all the reviews before I purchased this toddler tavel bed by Shrunks---it was just as I expected. When my grandaughter comes to visit with her parents, she has a safe place to sleep in the same room with them. She moves around a lot in her sleep; therefore, the safety sides are a blessing. She just turned three, and this travel bed will serve her well for a couple of years at my house or on vacations.

We purchased this bed for a recent trip to Mexico since we were not sure what kind of "crib" was offered at the resort. Our 21 month old recently transitioned to a toddler bed so we decided to give this a try.

I could not be happier with how well this bed worked out for us! My daughter loved it and thought she was the most special thing in the world, and I knew she was safe! Using the included pump we easily blew it up and didn't need to refill/add more air for the entire 8 day trip!

The bed packed away easily in our checked luggage. No need to take along the pack-n-play like our friends did. Now that I know our daughter is comfortable and safe in it we can't wait to use it on overnights with family and friends. I won't hesitate to take this anywhere we go that we might end up for overnight. The "stuff sack" is easily big enough to hold the pump, sheet(s), a couple of blankets. Only thing that won't fit is a standard size pillow. The pump is electic so it won't work well if you are using it to camp with, but I'm sure a foot pump with the correct size nozzle on it would work just as well.

I would recommend this bed to anyone that travels or plans on traveling and wants to know for sure where their kiddo is sleeping when they get there.

Bed worked as advertised - inflated quickly and easily. My son loved it - was willing to sleep in a separate bedroom while visiting family out-of-town so he could sleep in "his" bed. Downside - still need to pack the bed, pump and crib sheets to fit. We went with the full load - blanket and his pillow since my single brother would not have had "the goods." It took 1/4 to 1/3 of a large suitcase, but we did bring everything ourselves. A fair trade-off. We are hoping to take this bed on a trip to Germany next summer. We will need to find a small foot pump so that we don't have to worry about power conversion and I am hoping to use a hotel blanket to keep the bulk for packing down.

My 2 yr old daughter outgrew her pack-n-play so I needed another option for traveling and her spending the night at her Aunts house (no spare bed). She has used this air bed twice at her Aunts and she LOVES it. I bought 2 inexpensive crib sheets and she uses her favorite blanket and little pillow and sleeps through the night. It is also a very good size for camping as it won't take up too much room in our tent. The material is sturdy and I like that you can put a sheet on it and tuck it in. The plug-in pump is a great bonus and we have used it for other things around the house (including pump up our large inflatable kayaks!). We have a battery operated pump from another air mattress that we can use when we go camping. Worth the money.

Love this Travel Bed!! I bought this for my 2 yr old for vacation. She loves it! She stays in the bed thanks to the raised sides. The pump that comes with it is GREAT it inflates and deflates very quick. You can blow up or deflate all by the big valve. If you are purchasing the toddler bed crib sheets fit PERFECT! I bought a toddler sheet set at Wal*Mart that came with the fitted sheet/flat sheet/pillow case and comforter they FIT PREFECT! worth the money!

My son is almost 3, and has been using this for several months. It's a bit pricey, but after reading reviews on other options, this seemed like a good bet for portability and comfort. We've been extremely pleased. It's easy to carry on trips, inflates quickly and we love that his crib sheets fit so well and can tuck in. The side rails are small, but we don't have problems with him rolling out. Most importantly, my son sleeps in it well when we're traveling. That makes it a good purchase!

I was searching for a travel sleep solution for my 3 yr old. At home she still sleeps in a crib, she's way too big for the pack-n-play and forget about having her sleep in the bed with us! This bed appeared to be the ticket! It's the perfect size and her crib sheets fit on the matress perfectly. The only negative is the "side rails" are not going to keep your kid on the matress. The first night I found my daughter halfway on the floor, she was falling off from the top of the matress. Seems she was "chasing" the pillow that kept creeping up and off the matress. To solve this problem we wedged the matress between the two queen beds with the top against the night stand. Problem solved and no more falling out of bed. It does need to be said that the matress is only a few inches off the ground and "Falling" out of the bed is not going to hurt. My only advise is when you set it up, put it in a corner.
I had no problems with the matress holding air. We pumped it up the first night and never had to refill it after 7 nights.

In general this is a great little bed. I love the fact it comes with its own inflater and fits crib sheets. Anything to make my life easier. We got it for our son to sleep in at grandma and grandpa's, since he no longer fits in a pac'n'play. It seemed to be comfortable for him, and he slept relatively well.

My only con involves the side rails. Could they not have put a TOP rail on too? For my son at least, he's more likely to scooch up than roll over. Since I had no convenient corner to wedge the bed into, I had to haul him back into his mattress in the middle of the night because he'd inched his way over the top and his head was on the floor. If you DO have a corner to tuck the bed into, it will work much better.

This phthalate-free bed was a relief to find. It was much less smelly than the other type, and that was important to me since my daughter's little head was going to be on it all night. USEFUL ADVICE: Blow your bed up in advance of its first use!!! Our first one had a leak, and didn't stay inflated. Exchanging one was super easy and trouble free and the next one was great, but the first time my daughter used the first one, she ended up on the flat plastic by morning.

This is a great product for travel...nice and compact. We bought it for our almost 2 year old who HATES sleeping in the pack 'n play. For the most part, she did great in it. But, she is quite the restless sleeper and fell off the bed a couple of times. Luckily it is just inches off the ground and she was more startled than anything. Holds the air very well, only had to inflate once for the weekend. Definitely recommend.

I like this travel bed. It is easy to assemble and very easy to store.

Grandkid uses it for naps. Will not sleep on it all night, wakes us after about 2 hours (while visiting). Maybe when she gets older, she's sleep on it longer.

We bought this bed to take with us to Mexico. It was fairly light, easy to set up and my 2 and 1/2 year old liked it. She stayed in her bed all night and didn't try to climb in with us! The side rails were nice to prevent rolling out of bed. I really like the way you can tuck a sheet from home into the mattress. Our only issue was an incident with spilled milk in the bed. Because the bed is essentially two pieces sealed together at several points underneath the mattress, the milk collected bewteen the mattress and the 'frame' and was challenging to clean. Probably not a good idea to let her go to bed with milk in the first place one could say!

We purchased this toddler travel bed right before Christmas. We knew we were going to be doing a lot of traveling and visiting many different homes during the holiday season. My son is 2 years old and had just transitioned to a twin bed and he really was too big for the pack-in-play anymore. This bed was wonderful. My son slept the entire night and he enjoyed his new bed. Very easy to set up and take down. Very pleased with my purchase.

This bed is really easy to get out, blow up, and get the sheet on - all in less than 5 minutes. I read reviews that said a family's 16 month old slept well on this. It was great for a 1 hour nap after he was already asleep from a car ride, but not for all night. My 16-month old tosses and turns throughout the night and did not sleep well on this at all. Not enough room to roll over and rolled out of the bed twice. He just could not get comfortable. He ended up in bed with me, which is what I did not want to happen. Would be great for child who easily falls asleep and won't want to get up on his own. Not quite there with a 16-month old child who still needs the confines of a crib to know it's bedtime. Great concept, just words to those looking for something for travel after the child has outgrown the pack 'n play.
